It’s cool stuff. Do-it-yourself barrel-aging is fun, interesting and yields very satisfying results. Not only for home, these 1 and 2 litre barrels are in a restaurant. Way to go, Brothers Beer Bistro.
Aromatic, cloudy, citrus, spices. Smoke finish. Drop dead gorgeous. Quiet here in Ottawa after Oktoberfest @brosbeerbistro always a pleasure.
