Vizana Tempranillo 2007: Ribera del Guadiano, Spain (in Extemadura). Blockbuster affordable tempranillo crianza. A blockbuster red. Inky dark. Huge blackberry, minerality, cloves and spices, liqueur cherries, liquorice, dark cocoa and hint of vanilla with dusty undertones. Firm tannins, full body, long finish. A delightfully big red wine.
