Hinterbrook Barrel-fermented Chardonnay 2010. Light gold. Aromas of vanilla bean, caramel & nutmeg. Flavours of almond, apricot and clove, with a hint of pink grapefruit and cane juice. Perfect acidity, with a creamy richness in a balanced and well integrated presentation. Long finish. A beautiful wine! Hinterbrook wines are always from hand-harvested and sorted grapes grown in one of the most fertile vineyards in Niagara-on-the-Lake. $19.00. Vintages #292375.

    1. You bet. Our tasting panel got together to cover this wine and the notes are our collective assessement. A lovely wine!

I also had the priveledge to taste it with several LCBO Product Consultants. They all agreed on what a fine wine this is.
