The Foreign Affair Winery ‘The Conspiracy’ Cabernet Sauvignon, ’10. Made in the ripasso method as used in Valpolicella (Veneto) of Italy. The wine was ‘passed over’ Cabernet Sauvignon skins in the appassimento style. This style imparts complexity and intensity. It was aged in French oak. Rich flavours of currants, dark chocolate, black berries, and tobacco, with a hint of vanilla.
