I see Beaujolais in a new light. I visited several wineries here today to learn what it’s heart & soul is about. It’s not just about young new wines. This mature aristocrat is a 2006. It and the 2009 are stunning. Thanks to Aurélien Fiardet for introductions. A very attractive region as well.
