This was the final wine of the evening. An amazing sweet wine. We had just ended with European Sea Bass cured with kosher sea salt. Then the dessert came. The sweet wine was marvelous with dessert.

The highlights for me were the Prosecco (not pictured) and the
Sicilian sweet wine (pictured top of this page).
