An elegant presentation of tropical fruit and pear with the perfect balance of acidity, light toasty vanilla and slight creaminess. Nice mouthfeel with a lingering finish that entices you for more. Can cellar for 5 years. Fermented and stored in oak barrels for 3 months then transferred to stainless steel tanks. These vines are grown in gravel. Pairings: Asian cuisine, asparagus, light cheeses.
